Description: Our client, a business solutions platform located just outside of Boston is seeking entry level candidates who are passionate about health care to assist with claims management and customer support. The Case Manager Assistant manages and responds to a variety of inquiries from client contacts, customers, and medical providers. Education and Experience: • Four year college degree related to health care or science • At least 6 months experience working after school - internships are ok • Clinical or medical experience required – applicants without this experience will not be considered • Medical terminology preferred
