Speech Language Pathologist

Overview:

•         Perform evaluations, develop a plan of care, and provide treatment for patients requiring Speech and Language Pathology services with a wide variety of diagnoses

•         Provide patient, family and care giver education

•         Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information

•         Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility

•         Additional qualities include: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills

•         Flexible schedule; may consider PT hours

 

Requirements:

•         MS from an accredited Speech and Language Pathology program

•         3-2 years experience required post CFY (clinical first year); preferably in an outpatient or home care setting

•         Current MA license and CPR certification required

•         Certificate of Clinical Competence required
